I am a…

Business mentor, Consultant, Designer, Educator/Teacher, Entrepreneur, Event planner

Bio

I'm a graphic artist, event organizer, and brand-building freelancer who helps business owners turn good ideas into brands people remember. I design visual identities, plan and run events, and mentor professionals and teams in Excel and leadership. What connects it all is a belief that clarity, whether in a logo, an event flow, a spreadsheet, or a team meeting, is what helps people and businesses grow.

I'm passionate about

1. Helping small business owners build brands that feel authentic, not copied 2. Graphic arts and the power of a single image or layout to change how people see a business 3. Creating events where people actually connect, learn, and walk away inspired 4. Teaching Excel in a way that makes data feel friendly instead of intimidating 5. Developing leaders at every level, especially people who don't yet see themselves as leaders 6. Making skills and opportunities accessible to people who are often overlooked

An idea worth spreading

Every business has a story, but most owners never get the chance to tell it well. Great branding isn't a luxury for big companies. It's how a small business earns trust, and how a founder's vision becomes something customers can see and feel. I believe that design, structure, and leadership belong together. A beautiful brand falls apart without organized operations behind it, and a strong team falls flat without a clear identity to rally around. When we give business owners and professionals practical tools (visual, analytical, and personal), they stop surviving and start building something that lasts.

The TED story

My journey began with creativity. Graphic arts was the first language I used to express ideas, and I quickly learned that good design does more than look nice. It communicates, persuades, and builds trust. That led me into events organizing, where I saw how a well-planned gathering brings people together in a way nothing else can. From the stage and schedule to the smallest details, every piece shapes how people feel. I realized that organizing events and building brands share the same skill: understanding people and designing an experience around them. As a freelancer, I began working directly with business owners who had great products or services but no clear identity. Helping them define their brand, from logo to messaging to how they show up in the world, became some of the most rewarding work I do. Along the way, I started mentoring professionals and businesses in Excel and leadership training. Many people I met were talented but held back by messy data, unclear processes, or a lack of confidence leading others. Teaching them to organize information and guide teams has been a natural extension of my work. I'm drawn to TED because it's a community that believes ideas can change lives. I want to learn from others, share what I've learned from the ground level of entrepreneurship, and connect with people who are building things that matter.

Things you might not know

1. Turning chaotic spreadsheets into clean, usable systems that save hours of work 2. Staying calm and solving problems in the middle of a live event when things go off-script 3. Explaining complicated topics in simple, relatable ways 4. Seeing a business's brand potential before the owner does 5. Listening closely enough to design what a client actually needs, not just what they ask for 6. Bridging the creative and the analytical, being equally at home with a design file and a pivot table
