Myrna Narra Angeles is a TESOL-certified Licensed Professional Teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching English across high school and adult education levels in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. She currently serves as an English Language Arts Teacher at Learning Time International School in Riyadh, where she teaches grammar, academic writing, and literature to cultivate analytical thinking and college-level fluency. Her background includes serving as a Grade 12 Adviser, leading SAT preparation and research writing at Al Noor International School in Riyadh, and supervising student publications at Holy Redeemer School in Cavite, Philippines. In addition to her instructional leadership, Myrna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bicol University, where she was honored as Best Speaker and Best Debater and served as a frequent emcee for university events. Combining her expertise in English instruction and public speaking with administrative precision from prior HR leadership roles, she is committed to fostering clear communication, curriculum excellence, and collaborative learning.

I am passionate about empowering learners through language, clear communication, and analytical thinking. I love creating educational environments where individuals are encouraged to articulate their ideas confidently, explore literature critically, and discover the power of their own voice.

As I begin my TED journey, I am thrilled to step onto a global platform that celebrates ideas worth spreading. To me, TED represents the ultimate intersection of education, storytelling, and human connection. I am excited to collaborate with thinkers, educators, and storytellers worldwide to spark curiosity, empower emerging voices, and inspire meaningful change.

Visual storytelling, graphic design, and artistic design! I have kept a personal journal since Grade 4, and I love creating scrapbooks, designing vibrant classroom learning environments, and integrating graphic design directly into my language lessons to make literature and writing come alive visually.
