Helping people and business to touch tomorrow, today. A Futurerist and Supply Chain expert, working as a prophet to the market and an evangelist on supply chain, helping others to fulfill potential.

I have been working with a number of companies recently with their strategies on market engagement, everyone of them sees each new piece of on line capability as another small step to be reviewed and embraced or rejected. My recommendation to all of them is the Internet is a trend a change of which these steps are but a small part, the impact of which is a trend towards zero impact. The accessibility of the internet, the availability of a global community, the increased proximity of these people to you through the internet means there are many other things that will trend towards zero in the months and years ahead.
