Michelle Chamberlain is the Vice President of External Relations at the Salk Institute in La Jolla, California. In this capacity, Michelle leads all fundraising, communication, and community engagement efforts. Small by choice, interdisciplinary by nature, and fearless in the face of any challenge, globally renowned researchers at Salk are harnessing cutting-edge technology and fueling bold initiatives to tackle some of the most challenging problems of our time. Whether researching the catalysts to Alzheimer’s through immunobiology, advancing our understanding of cancer through molecular and cell biology, or discovering expanded limits of resilient crops with greater yields through plant biology, Salk is unlocking the secrets of life itself.
