I'm passionate about
I am passionate about helping leaders lead with clarity, confidence, integrity, and wisdom. Throughout my career, I have discovered that many capable leaders don't struggle because they lack talent or commitment they struggle because they are navigating environments where expectations, priorities, and messages are misaligned.
After nearly three decades in corporate leadership and years of investigating complex workplace challenges, I began to recognize a recurring pattern: organizations often spend significant time and resources addressing the visible symptoms of dysfunction turnover, conflict, poor communication, disengagement, and slow execution while overlooking a hidden cause: leadership misalignment.
My idea worth spreading is that many of the workplace problems we treat as isolated issues are actually evidence of leaders operating without alignment. When leaders gain clarity around purpose, expectations, communication, and shared direction, they make better decisions, build stronger cultures, inspire greater trust, and lead with greater confidence.
I believe leadership is not simply about influencing people; it is about creating alignment that allows people and organizations to thrive. If we can help leaders recognize and address misalignment before it manifests as dysfunction, we can fundamentally change the way organizations solve problems, develop people, and achieve lasting results.
An idea worth spreading
Organizations spend millions of dollars each year trying to solve workplace problems such as high turnover, employee disengagement, poor communication, conflict, burnout, and slow execution. Most organizations treat these as separate issues, developing independent solutions for each. I believe that in many cases, they are symptoms of a deeper, often overlooked problem: "leadership misalignment".
After nearly three decades in corporate leadership and more than fifteen years leading complex employee relations investigations across multiple industries, I began noticing a consistent pattern. The issue that appeared on the surface was rarely the issue that actually needed to be solved. What looked like communication problems often stemmed from unclear priorities. What appeared to be accountability issues frequently originated with inconsistent leadership expectations. Conflict, disengagement, and turnover were often the downstream effects of leaders who were unintentionally working from different assumptions, messages, and objectives.
My idea challenges organizations to stop asking, "How do we fix this problem?" and instead ask, "What is this problem trying to tell us?" By shifting from symptom management to root-cause diagnosis, leaders can uncover the hidden misalignment that silently undermines trust, collaboration, decision-making, and organizational performance.
This shift has implications far beyond the workplace. Leadership misalignment influences how strategies are executed, how cultures are shaped, how employees experience their organizations, and ultimately how businesses fulfill their mission. When leaders become aligned around shared clarity, consistent communication, collaborative decision-making, and healthy conflict management, organizations don't simply solve problems they prevent many of them from occurring in the first place.
I believe leadership misalignment is one of the least recognized yet most costly barriers to organizational success. If we can help leaders recognize the hidden patterns beneath workplace dysfunction, we can fundamentally change how organizations lead, perform, and thrive.
The idea worth spreading is simple: Many of the workplace problems we spend millions trying to fix are not the real problem, they are evidence of leadership misalignment. When we learn to diagnose the root cause instead of treating the symptoms, we change the trajectory of organizations and the people within them.

Things you might not know
One of my greatest strengths is seeing patterns that others often overlook. While many people focus on solving the immediate problem, I naturally look for the system that produced it. Throughout my career in leadership and employee relations, I have learned that workplace challenges rarely exist in isolation. They are connected, influenced by leadership decisions, organizational structures, communication patterns, and competing priorities.
This systems perspective led me to a realization that transformed my work: many of the issues organizations spend time and money trying to solve are not independent problems but symptoms of leadership misalignment. My passion is helping leaders see what has been hidden in plain sight so they can address root causes instead of repeatedly treating symptoms.
