I am the Director of Student Experience at Rabat Business School, International University of Rabat, where I design and lead initiatives that foster student engagement, leadership, social impact, and personal development. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower young people to grow as responsible, innovative, and engaged leaders.

I am passionate about education, youth empowerment, leadership development, and creating communities where people feel inspired to learn, collaborate, and make a positive impact. I believe that transformative experiences outside the classroom are as important as academic excellence.
