I am an MBA student at CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT), Bengaluru, building on a foundation in Commerce (B.Com) with a growing specialisation in business strategy and marketing. What sets me apart is a deep, sustained curiosity about people — their stories, their struggles, and the everyday interactions that shape who they become. I approach business not merely as a discipline of numbers and strategy, but as a study of human behaviour, motivation, and connection. This people-first lens informs both my academic work and my personal pursuits, and it is the thread that runs through everything I do — from classroom projects to conversations with strangers.

I am passionate about stories — the ones people carry, the ones they rarely tell, and the ones that quietly shape a life. I am drawn to people, their interactions, and the lived experiences behind their choices, and I find particular meaning in understanding the struggles individuals overcome, often unnoticed. For me, every conversation is an opportunity to learn something about resilience, perspective, or human nature. This passion for people and their journeys drives me to listen closely, ask better questions, and find the human story inside every situation — a quality I believe is essential to both good leadership and good storytelling.

I believe that behind every person is a story worth listening to, and that real understanding — between people, teams, and communities — begins the moment we choose to listen instead of assume. In a world that often values speaking over listening, I believe the ability to genuinely hear someone's struggle, without judgment, is one of the most underrated and powerful skills a person can build. I am committed to spreading the idea that empathy, born from listening to real stories, is not a soft skill but a foundational one — for leadership, for business, and for building a more understanding society.

My connection to TEDx began during my time at CMRIT, where I attended a TEDx event hosted by the institute. Sitting in the audience, Am Inspired by that experience, I am excited to contribute behind the scenes as a TEDxCMRIT Student Co-Organizer, helping create a platform where ideas can inspire meaningful conversations within our university community.

Beyond academics, I am an enthusiastic sportsman with a genuine love for cricket and chess — two games that, in their own ways, reflect my personality: cricket for its team spirit and quick thinking, chess for its patience and strategic depth. I am also a self-confessed movie lover, drawn to films for the same reason I am drawn to people — because every film, like every person, tells a story. Few people realise how much of my understanding of storytelling and human emotion has been shaped simply by years of watching, discussing, and dissecting films.
