Bio
Sarah Beauchemin is a lifelong writer, storyteller, and purposeful leader who believes in the power of a well-told story to change what happens next. She has spent her 20+ years in San Diego working at the intersection of language, emotion, and meaning.
Sarah is the founder of Protagonist Content, a boutique brand messaging agency grounded in the belief that people act when something truly resonates. Her work spans messaging strategy, information architecture, communications direction, and organizational alignment to help purpose-driven businesses, nonprofits, and institutions nationwide effectively be seen and heard.
Most recently, Sarah served as Executive Director of the Business For Good San Diego, expanding the nonprofit organization’s reach and advocacy impact across the region.
As Co-Organizer of TEDxSanDiego, Sarah brings a rare blend of editorial rigor and creative intuition that curate bold ideas, elevate powerful voices, and shape experiences that challenge, inspire, and connect our community.
Sarah also holds an M.A. in English Literature from San Diego State University and is the author of the acclaimed mystery novel Final Belongings (2022).
