Bio
I'm Geyamrutha Boda, student at VARDHAMAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING.I’ve never been someone with just one interest. I’m naturally curious, always drawn to new experiences, different perspectives, and opportunities to learn. I believe growth comes from exploring beyond what’s familiar and staying open to ideas that challenge the way we think. That’s what excites me about TEDx it’s a space where curiosity turns into conversation, and ideas have the power to inspire meaningful change.
I'm passionate about
Singing has always been a passion that allows me to transform emotions into melodies and connect with people beyond words. Music has an extraordinary ability to inspire courage, spread happiness, and create lasting memories. The opportunity to make even one person feel understood through a song is what makes this passion so rewarding.
An idea worth spreading
I admire Amy Cuddy because she took a concept from psychology and explained it in a way that anyone could understand. Her talk proves that powerful ideas don’t have to be complicated. They simply need to connect with people, inspire action, and leave a lasting impression making them truly ideas worth spreading.
Areas of expertise
Calligraphy, Guitar, Karate, Origami, Story Telling, Traveling, Typing, Video Editing, Videography, Violin, Yoga
The TED story
I’ve always enjoyed organizing events because I love bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences. Whenever I get an opportunity to be part of an event, I make sure to give it my best, as every event teaches me something new.
Last year, I attended a TEDx event, and it was a completely different experience from any other event I had been to. I saw how a single idea could inspire an entire audience and spark meaningful conversations. That experience made me want to contribute behind the scenes and be part of creating that impact.
When I got the opportunity through the SAC Cell to be involved, I didn’t see it as just another organizing role. I saw it as a chance to help build a platform where ideas are shared, stories are heard, and people leave feeling inspired. Being part of TEDx allows me to combine my passion for organizing events with something that has a meaningful purpose, and that’s why I genuinely want to organize TEDx.
