Bio
I work as a psychological counselor at Turgut Reis Anatolian High School. I am committed to helping people gain self-awareness, discover their potential, and express themselves within a safe and supportive environment.
I believe that young people are defined by more than just their academic achievements; they are shaped by the various facets of their lives, their dreams, and their personal growth journeys. I value participating in projects within educational settings that foster idea generation, a sense of responsibility, and social impact.
TED and TEDx talks play a vital role in offering diverse perspectives, providing inspiration, and enriching the thinking of young people. By being part of this community, I aim to support them in expressing their ideas more effectively, developing concepts worth sharing, and creating meaningful solutions.
I'm passionate about
Education—specifically enabling young people to express themselves, fostering students' ability to generate ideas, and supporting projects that benefit society—is a subject I am deeply passionate about. I believe that initiatives allowing young people to share their thoughts with confidence, gain diverse perspectives, and engage with inspiring ideas are incredibly valuable.
An idea worth spreading
Every individual needs to be understood and heard, and to express themselves in a safe environment. I believe that young people, in particular, should be seen not only for their academic achievements but also for their emotions, thoughts, dreams, and the challenges they face.
An idea worth spreading is the creation of an educational environment where students feel valued, are unafraid to make mistakes, and can discover their potential. For touching a young person's life can change not only the present but also the future.

The TED story
At the recommendation of one of my students, I had the opportunity to explore TED and TEDx talks more closely. I was impressed by how the ideas shared inspire people, offer diverse perspectives, and—particularly—contribute to the intellectual development of young people.
For this reason, I would like to contribute to this community to support our students in the processes of generating ideas, expressing themselves, and reflecting on topics that benefit society. I believe that the TEDx philosophy of "ideas worth spreading" will provide a valuable experience for students within the school environment.
Things you might not know
People may not always fully realize the areas in which I can excel or where my strengths lie. However, I am confident in my ability to generate ideas, conduct research, organize initiatives, and take ownership of projects. I am particularly motivated by involvement in efforts that allow young people to make their voices heard and contribute to society.
