I am a Business Administration student with a strong passion for event management, leadership, and community building. Over the past year, I have gained hands-on experience in organizing and coordinating various events, working with teams, managing participants, and contributing to successful event execution. I have been involved in educational, technology, and youth-focused initiatives, where I developed skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and project coordination. I enjoy connecting people, creating meaningful experiences, and helping communities grow through collaboration and shared ideas. My interests include entrepreneurship, leadership development, business management, and empowering young people to learn, innovate, and make a positive impact.

I am passionate about Event Management, community building, and continuous learning. I enjoy connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and exploring new experiences. I believe that sharing knowledge and learning from others are key to personal and professional growth.

One of the most important lessons I have learned is that you do not have to be 100% ready to start. When I was 17, I received a scholarship in automotive mechanics. I had no previous experience in the field, and I often felt that others knew much more than I did. Still, I chose to take the opportunity and learn instead of waiting until I felt fully prepared. Since then, I have explored different paths, from studying Business Administration to working in event management and leading teams. In every new experience, I felt there was still so much to learn, but I realized that this feeling never completely disappears. What I discovered is that confidence does not come before taking action. Confidence is built through action. Every opportunity I accepted before feeling completely ready helped me grow, learn, and become a better version of myself. If I had waited until I felt fully prepared, I would have missed many of the experiences that shaped who I am today. That is why I believe that some of the best opportunities in life are the ones that challenge us and push us outside our comfort zones. Sometimes, the first step is what creates readiness—not the other way around.
