Changing the framework with which we approach learning and growth, aiming toward a societal understanding that no one is perfect, no one knows everything, and our potential far exceeds our personal expectations. We have to concede the idea that we are experts at anything; such a notion only limits us from listening to those who may be better able to teach us. Simply put, the only thing we've mastered is "the expertise of expertism." We only truly know how to fake and deceive others into thinking we are experts, even when we aren't.

Humility is the key to learning.
