I am the Director and Promoter of Imperial School of Banking and Management Studies, an institution that offers advanced courses in Banking and Financial Service Industry. I have over 15 years of experience in the field of management studies, with a PhD in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a NET qualification in Management Studies. I am passionate about providing quality education and empowering students to pursue their career goals in the banking and finance sector. I have also contributed to the academic administration and curriculum development of various management institutions. I am a member of FICCI YFLO Pune Chapter, a platform for young women leaders and entrepreneurs.

I am deeply passionate about entrepreneurship as a powerful vehicle for creating meaningful change. For me, it goes beyond building ventures it is about building people. I am driven by the vision of creating a skilled workforce that not only meets industry demands but also contributes positively to society. Through my work, I strive to open doors for students, especially in the fields of finance and banking, by equipping them with practical knowledge, confidence, and the mindset to succeed. Creating employment opportunities is not just a goal, but a responsibility I carry with purpose and commitment. At the heart of my journey lies a love for continuous learning through reading, exploring technology, and engaging with innovation and research in finance and banking. I believe that true value is created when knowledge is shared, and that’s where teaching becomes my most powerful tool. My TEDx story began in a simple yet meaningful setting at my daughter’s school. Attending that event was more than just being part of an audience; it was a moment of quiet realization. Watching young minds engage with powerful ideas, I felt a deep connection to the spirit of sharing, learning, and inspiring. It made me reflect on my own journey on the experiences, lessons, and passions that deserve a voice. That day planted a seed, one that made me believe that stories, when shared authentically, have the power to create real impact. Around the same time, I came across TEDx Talk: Thieves of Hope by Lara Love Hardin, and it left a lasting impression on me. Her story of resilience and transformation reminded me that vulnerability is not weakness it is strength. It reinforced my belief that every journey, no matter how imperfect, carries the potential to inspire others. These experiences together shaped my perspective on TEDx not just as a platform, but as a movement of courage, honesty, and change that I aspire to be a part of.

People often don’t immediately see the strengths I quietly carry with me every day. I take pride in my approach to parenting, where patience, empathy, and understanding shape every decision I make. The same values extend into my friendships and relationships. I believe in showing up consistently, listening deeply, and building connections that are rooted in trust and authenticity. For me, relationships are not transactional; they are long-term investments that grow stronger with care and intention. Another strength that defines me is my ability to move ideas into action. I don’t just think or plan. I implement, adapt, and follow through. Alongside this, I am deeply committed to spreading awareness about the importance of lactation and breastfeeding. I believe informed choices can transform lives, and I actively contribute to creating that awareness in a way that is supportive and empowering.
