Bio
Jessica Murfin works in the Office of Academic Effectiveness at Western Oregon University. In her role, Jessica coordinates strategic planning, project management, change management, professional development, and program assessment for Academic Affairs. She also teaches in the Organization Leadership Master of Arts program. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Positive Organizational Psychology & Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and a Master of Science in Creative Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Creativity from Buffalo State College, SUNY. She earned graduate certificates in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State College, SUNY and college teaching through the Preparing Future Faculty program from Claremont Graduate University. Her previous education includes a B.A. in Psychology from Western Oregon University and a B.A. in Theatre and Dance from Chapman University. Her previous work experience includes The Walt Disney Company (Disneyland Resort, Anaheim, CA) and American Girl Seattle, a subsidiary of Mattel.
