Jess Robertson is a child and family connection strategist with over two decades of experience across education and schools. Her work centres on one powerful idea: when we understand the child, we transform the system around them. Jess partners with families, educators, and organisations to shift behaviour, rebuild connection, and create environments where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Known for her grounded yet transformative approach, she moves beyond surface-level strategies to address the deeper dynamics shaping modern childhood. She has also worked behind the scenes as part of a TEDx event team, supporting speakers and contributing to the delivery of the event across all stages, from preparation through to execution.
