I am a Management Information Systems student at Yaşar University and the Technical Team Lead at TEDx Yaşar University. I manage technical operations during events, ensuring the smooth coordination of sound, visuals, and digital systems. I take an active role in planning and executing technical setups, solving unexpected issues under pressure, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality experiences. Through this role, I have developed strong skills in teamwork, problem solving, and leadership. I am passionate about technology, teamwork, and creating seamless event experiences. I am always eager to learn, improve my technical knowledge, and contribute to innovative and meaningful projects.

I enjoy working in dynamic environments, coordinating teams, and creating efficient processes that improve both performance and user experience, while continuously learning and adapting to new technologies.

Technology is not just about systems but about people, and when used effectively, it can create meaningful connections, improve experiences, and transform the way we interact with the world. My journey with TEDx Yaşar University began last year, when the event was first established and I was selected as the Technical Team Lead. Being part of the founding team gave me the opportunity to contribute to building the technical infrastructure from the ground up while actively participating in the planning and execution of the event. Throughout this process, I took on responsibilities that supported both my professional and personal development. This year, I continue to lead the technical team, overseeing all technical operations, coordinating the team, and ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly and efficiently. This experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, while allowing me to be part of a platform that values impactful ideas and meaningful connections.

I am good at managing technical processes under pressure, quickly identifying and solving unexpected problems, and coordinating teams to ensure that complex event systems run smoothly and efficiently. I can stay calm in high-stress situations, make fast and effective decisions, and maintain the overall flow of the event without interruptions, ensuring a seamless experience for both the team and the audience.
