An idea worth spreading
In a world where digital tools are designed to capture our attention, I believe the real power lies in learning how to control our own usage. Technology should serve us, not consume us.
Promoting digital well-being among young people is essential for protecting mental health, improving focus, and creating a more balanced life. By setting boundaries and designing more human-centered systems, we can build a future where technology empowers rather than overwhelms us.

The TED story
began with my curiosity about ideas that can inspire change. Being part of the TEDx Yaşar University team allowed me to see what we could achieve as a team. Having been part of the technical team last year and this year as a member of the Guest Relations team, I had the opportunity to connect with speakers and contribute to creating a meaningful experience for both guests and audiences. This experience reinforced my belief that when ideas are shared correctly, they can truly shape perspectives and bring people together.
Things you might not know
managing responsibilities under pressure and finding practical solutions in stressful situations. I can quickly focus on a problem, analyze it, and take action.
I am also good at communication and creating a positive environment within a team.
