Overtime I have developed a strong passion for building structured people centered system that help drive employee satisfaction and organisational performance. I also help small and medium scale businesses drive people strategy. I am also an excellent online workplace coach and mentor to young women who need clarity for their career and businesses. I am very optimistic that consistency in the right direction always yield result.
