Ms. Swetha Krishnamurthy is an educator and visionary leader committed to reimagining learning as a deeply meaningful, child-centred journey. As a driving force behind progressive educational practices at RAK’s Pallikkoodam, she has nurtured environments where curiosity, inquiry, and emotional well-being are as valued as academic growth. Her academic journey reflects both depth and diversity. She has pursued professional learning at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the University of Birmingham Dubai, enriching her understanding of global educational practices. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from Bharathiar University. Further strengthening her leadership perspective, she has completed an Educational Leadership Certificate from Cambridge Judge Business School. Grounded in contemporary pedagogical philosophies, Ms. Swetha brings together experiential, inquiry-led, and play-based approaches to learning. She believes that childhood is not merely preparation for life, but life itself—an idea that continues to shape the culture of the learning spaces she leads. With a reflective and collaborative leadership style, she works closely with educators and families to build ecosystems that honour each child’s individuality. Her work continues to inspire a more holistic and humane approach to education—one that nurtures not just learners, but thoughtful, resilient human beings.
