I lead learning projects for diverse industries with different organizational styles and change challenges. I drive transformation processes in organizations through education. My goal is to make things happen. I coordinate interdisciplinary teams, bringing together multiple stakeholders with varied work styles and different objectives. During the pandemic, the management team I'm part of led the transformation and reconversion of the executive education business from a fully in-person format to a 100% virtual (now blended) approach supported by innovative educational technology solutions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), a Specialist degree in Education, and an MBA from the University of San Andrés. My profile combines a solid background in education and business, complemented by my MBA and 20 years of experience working with diverse companies and organizations. My area of ​​expertise is learning and culture, working on the design and implementation of educational solutions to business problems. My current role is as Director of Executive Education Programs at the University of San Andrés and Executive Director of the Online MBA.
