Adria Goodson

My day job is as the director of Ford Foundation’s Global Fellowship program. I curate communities of amazing leaders, integrating co-design models, adult development theory, and adaptive leadership practices to support those navigating deep complexity. I love dahlias, good chocolate, and long, deep conversations with smart people.
