Bio

I am a passionate teacher with a love for languages and cultural exchange. I grew up in Italy, studying English and Spanish, and later moved to Australia, where I worked as a radio journalist for 11 years while teaching Italian to adults. After returning to study education, teaching became my true vocation. Now based in Singapore, I continue to learn and grow every day alongside my students and colleagues, driven by curiosity and a belief in lifelong learning.

I'm passionate about

Empowering students to become changemakers while maintaining their critical thinking and authentic voice.

An idea worth spreading

Creativity and critical thinking are essential tools for navigating an increasingly complex world. Drawing inspiration from Sir Ken Robinson's vision, I believe schools must move beyond standardized assessment to cultivate curiosity, cultural awareness, and the courage to think differently. When we honor students' voices, encourage them to question, and connect learning to real-world change, we unlock their potential to become thoughtful global citizens who can shape a better future.

The TED story

It began years ago, watching Sir Ken Robinson challenge everything I thought I knew about education. Today, I want to help students make a real difference in the world while keeping their critical thinking and creativity alive.

Things you might not know

Listening deeply and seeing situations from multiple perspectives. I'm someone people turn to for thoughtful advice because I genuinely try to understand the full picture before responding.
