I am an MBA student at the School of Management Studies, Swami Rama Himalayan University, with a keen interest in business analytics, supply chain management, marketing, and emerging technologies. I enjoy working at the intersection of ideas, people, and execution, particularly in environments where young minds are encouraged to experiment, collaborate, and create meaningful impact. Beyond academics, I have been actively involved in student leadership, marketing initiatives, event management, and building platforms that bring people and ideas together. As the Organizer and License Holder of TEDxSRHU, I am passionate about creating a space where diverse perspectives can be shared, challenging conversations can begin, and ideas can move beyond the stage into real-world action. I believe that meaningful change often begins with a simple idea, but its true value is realized when people have the courage to act on it.

I’m passionate about turning ideas into action and creating opportunities for people to learn, collaborate, and grow. I’m particularly interested in business, technology, analytics, leadership, and the way new ideas can solve real-world problems. I’m also passionate about student-led initiatives and creating platforms where young people can express their ideas, challenge conventional thinking, and take ownership of meaningful projects. I believe some of the most valuable learning happens when we step outside the classroom and actually build, experiment, fail, and try again. Above all, I’m passionate about people and ideas that have the potential to create a meaningful impact.

We often tell young people that their time to make an impact will come after graduation, after getting a job, or after gaining enough experience. I believe that mindset is outdated. Students are not merely future professionals; they are already capable of solving problems, building communities, creating businesses, using technology, and influencing the people around them. The real gap is often not talent, but opportunity, confidence, and the willingness to take the first step. My idea is simple: **don't wait for permission, a title, or years of experience to start creating value. Start where you are, use what you have, and build something that matters.** When students move from being passive consumers of knowledge to active creators of ideas and solutions, campuses can become much more than places of education—they can become laboratories for real-world change. I believe the future belongs not only to those who are prepared for opportunities, but also to those who have the courage to create them.

My TED story began with a simple belief: ideas become powerful when they are given the right platform. As a student, I have always been drawn towards initiatives that bring people together, encourage conversations, and create opportunities beyond the traditional classroom. Becoming involved with TEDxSRHU gave me the opportunity to turn that interest into something tangible. As the Organizer and License Holder of TEDxSRHU, I am now working to bring together diverse voices, perspectives, and experiences under one platform. For me, TEDx is not just about organizing an event or putting speakers on a stage. It is about creating an environment where one idea can challenge another, where conversations can continue beyond the event, and where an audience can leave with a new way of looking at the world. This journey has taught me that organizing something meaningful requires much more than planning. It requires listening, collaborating, taking responsibility, handling uncertainty, and believing in an idea even when the path to executing it is not straightforward. TEDx has given me an opportunity to be both a learner and a facilitator of ideas—and that is what makes this journey meaningful to me.

People don’t know that I’m good at turning vague ideas into something concrete and actionable. I genuinely enjoy taking an idea that exists only as a conversation and figuring out what it would take to actually make it happen—breaking it down, bringing the right people together, solving problems along the way, and continuously improving the execution. I’m also good at staying calm when things don’t go according to plan. I may not always have the answer immediately, but I’m comfortable figuring things out, asking the right questions, and finding a way forward. Perhaps my biggest strength is that I don’t need everything to be perfect before I start. I believe that clarity often comes through action.
