Bio
What do I do for a living, you ask? My best, I do my best.
I am an operational manager, professional problem-solver, and enthusiastic collector of “wait, that’s interesting” moments.
As a Retail Operational Manager, I spend my days figuring out how businesses grow, why customers behave the way they do, and how seemingly unrelated dots often connect in surprisingly useful ways. My work spans retail, eCommerce, marketing, supplier relationships, and dealer networks, which is a polite way of saying I tend to get involved wherever there’s a puzzle to solve or a system that could work better.
I am particularly fascinated by the patterns behind human behaviour; why we make the decisions we do, why some ideas spread like wildfire while others quietly fizzle out, and how small shifts in thinking can lead to big changes in outcomes.
Naturally curious and mildly obsessed with understanding how things work, I have been known to fall down the occasional intellectual rabbit hole, exploring everything from behavioural psychology and critical thinking to the future of peptides and technology.
I believe the world gets a lot more interesting the moment you start asking better questions.
The best way to stay out of trouble is by keeping your mind curious. I strongly believe the only limit to what we can achieve is how big we dare to dream.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about the intersection of human behaviour and growth, because when you understand how people think, everything else becomes easier to solve. I love understanding how people think, why they make the decisions they do, and how those patterns shape the way businesses grow.
An idea worth spreading
The patterns you ignore are the problems you keep. Your life, and your business, is a system, if it’s not working, it’s not broken; you just haven’t spotted the pattern yet. Most decisions aren’t irrational, they’re patterned; learn the pattern, change the outcome. Growth isn’t about doing more, it’s about seeing differently. The real competitive advantage isn’t just strategy, it’s understanding how people actually think.
The TED story
My story is about curiosity turning into capability. I didn’t set out with a perfectly mapped career, I followed curiosity. My story is less about having all the answers and more about asking better questions and using the answers to solve problems, drive growth, and uncover the patterns most people overlook.
Things you might not know
People don’t know I’m good at reading between the lines, whether it’s in data, behaviour, or what people aren’t saying. (I am also the world's most average CrossFitter, most people know this, because I have told them and I am hilarious, I know this because I laugh at my own jokes - every time).
