About Keilon
Bio
Keilon J. Forest serves as Program Director at the ACC Foundation, where he designs and leads programs that bring in-house counsel, law firm partners, and business leaders together for connection, learning, and collaboration. With nearly 20 years of experience in legal association management, he takes joy in developing high-quality member, supporter, and sponsor engagement opportunities—fostering inclusive partnerships and creating executive-level educational, professional development, and networking experiences. He has shaped signature programs like the Cybersecurity + AI Summit, the Good Lawyers to Great Lawyers Retreat, and the Corporate Counsel Classic, always with an eye toward building spaces where authentic relationships and candid conversations can thrive. Known for blending creativity with strategy, Keilon strives to make professional gatherings meaningful, engaging, and lasting in their impact.
Beyond his professional work, Keilon is also an author, most recently of Ngochani Rudo, a queer, pan-African historical fiction anthology that centers belonging and challenges the misconception that queerness in Black spaces is a modern or external introduction. Through his storytelling, he affirms a simple truth: we have always been here—and we are not going anywhere.
