Jillian DiIorio

Jillian DiIorio, often affectionately referred to as “Sergeant Sunshine,” is a seasoned retail and consumer goods leader with more than 30 years of experience building purpose-driven brands. Known for her rare blend of strategic rigor and heartfelt leadership, Jill has played a pivotal role in scaling some of the world’s most iconic companies while championing impact at every stage. Her career spans cosmetics, fashion, fragrance, footwear, accessories, CPG, and beyond. During her time at Estée Lauder, where she was mentored directly by Leonard Lauder, Jill was a part in helping launch the globally recognized Pink Ribbon Campaign. She later worked alongside Blake Mycoskie to grow TOMS from an emerging startup into a $600 million global movement, and launching the first 1-for-1 giving model at scale. She has also supported the growth of many mission-driven brands such as Kristen Bell’s This Saves Lives and continues to advise and accelerate transformative businesses through her own brand, Live to Give, until her launch with ENOUGH. After two decades of friendship, close family ties, and collaboration with Blake Mycoskie, Jill is now leading their latest initiative, We Are ENOUGH. The mission is simple yet urgent: 100 percent of profits from ENOUGH products support mental health organizations that are transforming and saving lives. For Jill, ENOUGH represents the natural evolution of a career rooted in impact, connection, and the belief that business can be a force for good.
