I am Md. Taif Hossain Bilash, a Computer Science and Engineering student at IUBAT with a deep passion for leadership, event management, and student community development. I have been actively involved in organizing university programs, innovation initiatives, and student activities through the IUBAT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, where I worked with teams to plan large-scale events and support new project ideas. I am also connected with the Debating Forum of IUBAT, where I helped organize debate competitions, freshmen events, and campus-wide programs that encourage critical thinking and student participation. In addition, I have contributed to seminars and workshops through the BASIS Student Forum – IUBAT Chapter, helping create opportunities for learning, networking, and student growth. Beyond campus, I have gained organizing experience by contributing to public events like TEDxUttara, where I worked in team coordination, event preparation, and communication. Through these experiences, I have developed strong teamwork, planning, and problem-handling skills. I enjoy creating meaningful programs, bringing people together, and working toward positive change in student communities. My goal is to keep learning, organizing impactful initiatives, and growing as a responsible and effective leader.

My experience with TEDxUttara as an Executive in Event Management was one of the most impactful journeys in my organizing career. Being part of such a globally recognized platform allowed me to work in a highly professional and dynamic environment where precision, teamwork, and time management were critical. In the Event Management team, I was involved in planning, coordinating, and executing different segments of the event. From pre-event preparation, logistics handling, and team coordination to on-site execution, I actively contributed to ensuring everything ran smoothly. Managing schedules, supporting speaker sessions, handling audience flow, and responding to unexpected challenges in real time strengthened my problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Working with a diverse and dedicated team taught me the importance of communication, accountability, and attention to detail. The experience enhanced my ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
