For Divyanshu, TEDx is more than an event it is a platform where ideas take shape and conversations gain purpose. As a Co-Organiser at TEDxUBS, he is driven by the opportunity to bring together voices that challenge perspectives and inspire new ways of thinking. He works closely with his team across speaker curation, planning, and execution, ensuring that every element of the experience reflects the spirit of “ideas worth spreading” with clarity and intention. Divyanshu believes that powerful ideas do more than just inform they endure, influence, and spark meaningful change. To him, the right idea, at the right moment, has the power to redefine how we see the world.

I am passionate about ideas and their power to question, disrupt, and redefine the way we see the world. From the thoughts of Swami Vivekananda to the philosophies of Karl Marx, I am deeply inspired by how a single idea can challenge norms and spark change across generations. This passion drives me to create spaces where perspectives come together, conversations begin, and curiosity is encouraged. I am particularly drawn to the process of shaping ideas, understanding them, refining them, and helping them reach the right audience in a way that creates impact because every meaningful change begins with someone willing to think differently.

Throughout history, revolutions have never been just about leaders or armies they were sparked by ideas that challenged the way people thought. From the scientific revolution to social movements, transformative ideas have reshaped societies and inspired generations. I believe that in every era, the most powerful force for change is a bold idea shared at the right moment. TEDx reminds us that anyone, anywhere, can ignite a revolution not with weapons, but with words, perspectives, and insight.

My journey with ideas began with a simple curiosity why do some thoughts stay with us while others fade? Looking at history, I realised that the biggest changes were not driven by force, but by ideas that challenged the way people think. Thinkers like Swami Vivekanand, Karl Marx, Jean -Jacques Rousseau, Martin Luther King Jr, Issac Newton and many others reminds us that the revolution begins with the ideas. As an MBA student, I’ve learned to see ideas not just as inspiration, but as something that can be shaped, communicated, and translated into real impact. That perspective strengthened my belief that the right idea, when shared effectively, can influence decisions, communities, and even the course of change. TEDx felt like a natural extension of that belief a space where ideas are not only shared, but experienced. As a Co-Organiser at TEDxUBS, I contribute to that journey by helping ideas find their voice and reach the people who need them. Because in the end, it’s not just ideas that change the world it’s the ones we choose to share and no one knows which idea may create a revolution and change the world.

People don’t always see it, but I have a knack for connecting ideas that at first seem unrelated, and turning complex concepts into stories that resonate. Behind the scenes, I thrive on bringing structure to projects, helping speakers and teams feel prepared, and creating collaborations that quietly make an event succeed. For me, the impact often happens in the details that others might overlook, and I take pride in making sure every idea finds its moment to shine.
