Bio

I am a Senior School Political Science and Legal Studies educator and the Co-ordinator of Co-Curricular Activities at Mayoor School. With academic qualifications including M.Ed., B.Ed., M.Phil., and M.A. in Political Science and History, I am deeply committed to civic education and meaningful learning. As the in-charge of the Model United Nations Club, I mentor students in developing critical thinking, global awareness, diplomacy, and leadership skills. I believe learning must go beyond textbooks and encourage young minds to question, reason, and engage with real-world issues. My work focuses on nurturing informed, responsible, and empathetic citizens who are confident to participate in conversations that shape society.

I'm passionate about

Civic education, student leadership, Model United Nations mentoring, coordinating events, gardening, and creating experiential learning spaces that connect classrooms to real-world understanding.

An idea worth spreading

Reimagining classrooms as spaces that nurture active, informed, and responsible citizenship through dialogue, critical thinking, and real-world engagement.

The TED story

My TED journey began behind the scenes as a member of the TEDx Mayoor School Ajmer Youth Organising Committee, where I experienced the power of ideas not from the stage, but from the engine room that makes the stage possible. From planning and coordinating to managing the flow of the event, I was involved in every layer of execution. I worked closely with speakers, understood their ideas, helped shape the event experience, and witnessed how thoughtful conversations can inspire an entire audience. This experience gave me a unique perspective on how ideas are nurtured, refined, and shared with purpose. It strengthened my belief that meaningful dialogue, critical thinking, and real-world engagement must begin in classrooms. My TED journey is a natural extension of my work as an educator—creating spaces where voices are heard, ideas are respected, and young minds are encouraged to think beyond boundaries.
