Bio
Tania Tenesaca is a project leader focused on digital transformation, innovation, and community building. At ESPAE (ESPOL), she designs and leads initiatives that connect professionals, entrepreneurs or SMEs, and institutions to strengthen ecosystems and create real impact. Her work includes collaborations with global initiatives as well as programs that support SME and alumni engagement. Tania is driven by a belief in the power of learning, networks, and collaboration to unlock opportunities and shape better futures.

The TED story
My TED story started at ESPOL, when I had the opportunity to support the organization of TEDxESPOL Peñas. What stayed with me was not just the event itself, but the people behind it—individuals committed to sharing ideas that can build a better society. That experience shaped how I see my work today. Since then, I’ve been involved in initiatives at ESPAE that carry the same spirit: bringing people together around ideas that inspire action and meaningful change.
