Designer, Marketer

Bio

I work at the intersection of strategy, branding, and partnerships, connecting ideas, people, and organizations around meaningful projects. My role focuses on building strategic partnerships and sponsorships with brands that value culture, innovation, and long-term impact. I help translate ideas into value propositions that make sense for companies, not just audiences. With a background in marketing, brand strategy, and business development, I have worked closely with leadership teams to position initiatives, structure offers, and create relationships that go beyond visibility — generating relevance and alignment. I am currently based in Joinville, Brazil, and actively collaborate with organizations interested in supporting ideas worth spreading.

I'm passionate about

I am passionate about ideas, culture, and the strategic role brands can play in shaping conversations that matter. I enjoy building bridges between creative initiatives and organizations, helping projects gain structure, clarity, and sustainability through meaningful partnerships.

An idea worth spreading

Strong ideas only create impact when they are clearly positioned and supported by the right partners. I believe that brands should not sponsor projects just for visibility, but for alignment — with values, culture, and long-term vision. When partnerships are built with clarity and purpose, everyone wins: the idea, the organization, and the audience.

The TED story

My connection with TED began through a deep belief that ideas only reach their full potential when they are clearly articulated and supported by the right ecosystem. Throughout my career, I have worked in environments where good ideas failed not because they lacked quality, but because they lacked positioning, structure, or strategic allies. That experience shaped how I see the role of partnerships and branding in initiatives like TEDx. Being part of TEDx allows me to contribute beyond execution. It is an opportunity to help create the conditions for ideas to thrive — by connecting speakers, organizers, and partners around a shared sense of purpose. For me, TED is not just about talks on a stage. It is about responsibility: choosing which ideas deserve amplification, and ensuring they are supported with integrity, clarity, and intention.

Things you might not know

People often associate my work with marketing or partnerships, but what they usually don’t see is my ability to translate abstract ideas into structured, fundable propositions. I am particularly good at reading context — understanding what organizations actually value beyond visibility — and aligning ideas, narratives, and offers to that reality. I work well in ambiguity. When projects are still unclear or poorly defined, I help bring focus, prioritize what matters, and connect the right people around a shared objective. I am also effective at building trust-based relationships. Not transactional connections, but long-term partnerships rooted in clarity, relevance, and mutual value.
