Bio
I am a community builder and event organizer with a long-standing background in experiential education, personal development, and international projects.
Originally from Italy and now based in the United States, I have spent over two decades working with individuals and groups in learning environments that combine reflection, action, and real-life experience. My work has taken me across different cultures and countries, where I have supported the creation of training programs, immersive experiences, and formative journeys designed to foster awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
I focus particularly on working with communities that are often underestimated or overlooked. I believe that meaningful transformation does not require large stages or big cities, but thoughtful spaces where people feel supported, capable, and seen. Through my work with groups—especially women and families—I have witnessed how confidence, leadership, and creativity emerge when people are placed in environments that encourage trust and participation.
As Co-Organizer of TEDxJasper, I lead the operational and organizational aspects of the event, translating vision into structure and ensuring that every detail supports a welcoming, human-centered experience. My approach emphasizes care, coherence, and the creation of conditions in which ideas can be lived, not just shared.
I see community not as an abstract concept, but as something built through attention, responsibility, and everyday actions. For me, ideas become powerful when they are rooted in real relationships and allowed to grow organically within the contexts they are meant to serve.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about travel and the exploration of cultures around the world. Over the years, I have traveled through more than 100 countries, and each journey has shaped the way I understand people, communities, and ways of living. Encountering different traditions, rhythms, and perspectives has taught me that diversity is not something to manage, but something to listen to and learn from.
I am deeply passionate about family and the bonds that grow through shared experiences, responsibility, and care. For me, family is a living system where collaboration, presence, and mutual support are practiced daily, and where values are transmitted through example rather than words.
Reading has always been an essential part of my life. Books allow me to explore human nature, history, and imagination, offering perspectives that continually enrich both my inner world and my work with others.
I am also passionate about animals and the living world, especially dogs. Caring for animals has taught me profound lessons about trust, non-verbal communication, and unconditional presence. They remind me that meaningful connection does not require complexity, only attention and respect.
In recent years, I have developed a strong interest in biohacking, natural health practices, and nutrition as tools for supporting vitality, resilience, and long-term well-being. I am particularly drawn to approaches rooted in balance and observation, such as herbal traditions and mindful nutrition, which respect the intelligence of the body and its capacity to adapt when properly supported.
Ultimately, all these passions converge in my commitment to building humane, grounded, and connected communities. Travel, family, books, animals, and the study of well-being constantly bring me back to what matters most: curiosity, empathy, responsibility, and the conscious care of life in all its forms.
An idea worth spreading
Growth does not come from comfort or pressure, but from well-designed challenges held within supportive environments.
When people and communities are offered the right balance of care and challenge, they naturally develop resilience, confidence, and creativity. Small, intentional experiences can generate profound transformation when they are rooted in trust, attention, and real human connection.
Even the smallest communities can become powerful places of innovation and meaning when ideas are allowed to grow organically, supported by relationships rather than driven by force.
The TED story
My connection to TED began through a long-standing curiosity about ideas and the people behind them. Over the years, I followed TED Talks as a source of inspiration, reflection, and perspective—voices that challenged assumptions and invited deeper thinking.
When the opportunity to co-organize TEDxJasper emerged, it felt like a natural continuation of my work with communities, learning environments, and shared experiences. Bringing TEDx to a small, rural town resonated deeply with me, because I have always believed that meaningful ideas do not belong only to big cities or large stages.
TEDxJasper represents, for me, the possibility of creating a space where people feel welcome to listen, reflect, and connect—both with new ideas and with one another. Being part of this journey allows me to contribute in a concrete way, translating vision into experience and helping ideas take root within a real community.
My TED story is not about a single moment, but about a path: one shaped by curiosity, care, and the belief that even the smallest places can host conversations that matter.
Things you might not know
Seeing beyond surface-level problems through lateral thinking, and integrating perspectives from different contexts to build coherent, human-centered solutions. My work is also informed by study of principles such as hormesis — the idea that moderate challenges can stimulate positive adaptation — which I use to shape environments where people can grow stronger through reflection and practice.
