Bio

I serve as the Executive Producer and Event Manager for TEDxDDUC, where I oversee the holistic management and strategic vision of our events. In this role, I act as the primary architect behind the scenes, ensuring that every moving part—from logistics to technical execution—aligns perfectly to create a seamless experience. My leadership is defined by a hands-on approach to complex problem-solving; during our previous event, I successfully navigated high-pressure challenges by streamlining operational workflows and mitigating last-minute hurdles to maintain the event's integrity. Beyond general management, I play a pivotal role as the Speaker Point of Contact (POC), where I coordinate directly with thought leaders to refine their narratives and ensure their vision translates effectively to the TEDx stage. This role requires a blend of interpersonal diplomacy and meticulous organizational skills, as I bridge the gap between creative ideas and logistical reality. I thrive in the fast-paced environment of live events, consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance audience engagement and elevate the standard of our platform. When I am not orchestrating large-scale events, I channel my energy into competitive sports. I am an active athlete with a particular passion for badminton and table tennis, sports that demand the same quick reflexes and strategic foresight I apply to event management. Whether I am on the court or in the production room, I bring a dedication to discipline, a creative mindset, and a commitment to the "ideas worth spreading" philosophy that defines the TEDx community.

I'm passionate about

I am deeply passionate about the intersection of strategic leadership and social impact. My drive is rooted in the belief that systemic change occurs when rigorous strategy meets a genuine commitment to community welfare. As a leader, I find my greatest fulfillment in navigating complex organizational challenges—whether it is architecting the overarching management of high-profile events like TEDxDDUC or forging cross-sector partnerships that amplify the reach of social initiatives. I thrive on the synergy of collaborative problem-solving, using my leadership roles to empower teams and streamline operations toward a shared, impactful vision. My commitment to social responsibility is more than just a pursuit; it is a lens through which I view all my professional endeavors. I am particularly energized by the process of building strategic partnerships that bridge the gap between resources and grassroots needs. By leveraging my experience in fundraising and operational management, I strive to create sustainable frameworks for growth in the non-profit sector. Ultimately, I am dedicated to being a catalyst for meaningful progress, combining a disciplined, strategic mindset with an unwavering focus on driving positive, long-term change in society.

An idea worth spreading

The Lost Art of Shared Presence: Reclaiming Human Connection in an Accelerated World In our relentless pursuit of productivity and digital engagement, we have inadvertently traded deep human connection for constant "busyness." While we are more connected than ever through technology, the physical and emotional space we carve out for one another is shrinking. This idea explores the "poverty of time"—the modern phenomenon where our schedules are so saturated with tasks and screens that we have lost the ability to simply be with one another. It challenges the societal badge of honor associated with being "busy" and reveals how this isolation impacts our collective mental well-being and social fabric. This talk delves into the necessity of reclaiming "unproductive" time—moments of undivided attention, shared meals, and face-to-face dialogue that require no agenda other than presence. By examining the psychological benefits of intentional togetherness, it offers a roadmap for slowing down in a fast-paced world. The core message is a call to action: to treat our relationships not as items to be checked off a list, but as the very foundation of a fulfilled life. It suggests that the most revolutionary thing we can do in an age of distraction is to give someone our full, unhurried time.

The TED story

Let's see where it leads to

Things you might not know

What many people don’t realize is that my drive for excellence is powered by a restless, analytical mind that never truly stops. While others might see "overthinking" as a hurdle, I have transformed it into a strategic asset. I am naturally inclined to mentally simulate every possible outcome and identify potential bottlenecks long before they arise. This trait ensures that I am never just completing a task; I am pressure-testing it from every angle to ensure the final result is as robust as possible. This internal momentum translates into a relentless commitment to timelines and accuracy. I have a deep-seated need to see projects reach the finish line well before the deadline, but speed never comes at the cost of quality. For me, the goal is always absolute precision. Whether I am fine-tuning the logistics of a major event or structuring a complex partnership, I find immense satisfaction in the "pre-deadline" phase—that window of time where I can polish every detail until it meets my standards of perfection. This combination of foresight and meticulousness is the quiet engine behind everything I achieve.
