Dayna is a Master’s student specializing in Global Logistics, driven by a genuine interest in how complex systems and communities connect. With a solid background in process consulting, she has spent much of her career looking "under the hood" of organizations: analyzing workflows, optimizing internal structures, and helping teams navigate transformations. Rather than just focusing on the technical side, she is passionate about the people behind the processes. This has led her to be an active part of every university and workplace community she has joined, consistently taking on roles that bridge the gap between students, industry experts, and big ideas. Whether she is co-leading a large-scale event like TEDx, managing industry relationships, or designing marketing strategies, her focus remains the same: making things work better and bringing people together.
