TEDx Coordinator | Marketing Student | Story-Driven Visionary On 11th October, I had the privilege of serving as the Coordinator for a TEDx event that was more than a stage — it was an ecosystem of ideas, intention, and transformation. What began as a concept evolved into an experience rooted in symbolism, structure, and storytelling. The theme we built was inspired by the idea of a maze — intricate, layered, and purposeful. Just like life, every turn held meaning. Every pause invited reflection. Every breakthrough required courage. As a Coordinator, my role extended beyond logistics. It meant holding vision, aligning people, managing details, and ensuring that creativity met execution seamlessly. It meant being calm in chaos, decisive in uncertainty, and committed to excellence even when no one was watching. Leadership, to me, is not about control — it is about responsibility, empathy, and elevating collective potential. Currently pursuing my final year in BBA with a specialization in Marketing, I am deeply fascinated by how ideas are positioned, perceived, and experienced. I believe marketing is not manipulation — it is storytelling with strategy. It is the art of shaping narratives that influence perspective and inspire action. My academic journey has strengthened my analytical thinking, but platforms like TEDx have refined my ability to translate vision into reality. Beyond the academic and professional world, I am a lifelong reader. I am drawn to books and stories that stretch the mind, challenge assumptions, and expand emotional intelligence. I actively seek narratives that push my limits — stories of resilience, reinvention, courage, and growth. Reading, for me, is not a hobby. It is mental training. It is perspective-building. It is quiet transformation. Dance is another language I speak fluently. Where words analyze, dance expresses. It keeps me grounded, present, and connected to my inner rhythm. It reminds me that strength and grace can coexist. That discipline and creativity are not opposites, but partners. I am deeply committed to becoming the best version of myself — not through comparison, but through conscious evolution. I believe growth is intentional. It requires exposure to powerful ideas, environments that challenge comfort zones, and communities that encourage excellence. TEDx, for me, represented exactly that: a convergence of minds willing to think differently and speak boldly. The 11th October event was not just a milestone; it was a mirror. 🌱 Idea Worth Spreading “Growth Is Designed, Not Discovered.” We often wait for growth to “happen” to us — through opportunities, experiences, or breakthroughs. But the truth is, transformation is rarely accidental. It is intentional. The person we become is shaped by what we consume, what we tolerate, and what we repeatedly expose ourselves to. The books we read shape our thinking. The environments we choose shape our standards. The stories we surround ourselves with shape our courage. Growth is not found. It is curated. Just like a well-designed event, a powerful brand, or a meaningful stage experience — personal evolution requires structure, clarity, and alignment. It demands that we consciously choose discomfort over convenience, learning over limitation, and purpose over passivity. Becoming the best version of ourselves is not about sudden reinvention. It is about deliberate design. If we intentionally design our inputs — our ideas, influences, conversations, and ambitions — we inevitably redesign our outcomes. My TED Story My TED journey began with curiosity — but it evolved into something much deeper: responsibility. What fascinated me most was not just the speakers or the spotlight — it was the process. The structure behind the inspiration. The discipline behind the creativity. The countless details that come together to make a moment feel effortless. Our concept was inspired by the idea of a maze — layered, intricate, symbolic. And in many ways, organizing TEDx felt exactly like navigating one. There were unexpected turns, moments of pressure, tight timelines, and decisions that required clarity under uncertainty. But with every challenge came growth. TEDx taught me that leadership is not loud — it is steady. It is not about being seen — it is about ensuring the vision is seen. Beyond logistics, TEDx became a mirror for my own journey. I have always been someone who reads stories that stretch my mind and push me beyond comfort. I believe exposure to powerful ideas is what shapes evolution. Being part of a platform dedicated to “ideas worth spreading” felt aligned with who I am at my core.
