I am a Production Head at TEDxMVJCE who is striving to meet inspirational speakers and fellow enthusiasts who are motivated to be a part of something bigger than themselves.

Specifically, I care deeply about helping people break free from the exhausting cycle of collecting titles, meeting external metrics, and building versions of themselves designed just to please others. The most transformative moment of human growth isn't when we add more to our resumes, it is when we choose to strip it all away and embrace the process of "unbecoming" everything that isn't authentic to who we are. My passion lies in challenging the modern obsession with constant achievement, helping others reclaim their internal center of gravity, and shifting the focus from earning external validation to building a life of true self-sovereignty.

It is the brave process of "unbecoming" everything that isn't actually you, so you can finally discover who you are when you stop performing. Achievement can buy recognition, but it can never buy sovereignty. The moment you stop outsourcing your worth to praise, milestones, or external validation is the exact moment you reclaim your own center of gravity and finally become the author of your own life.

As the Production Head for TEDxMVJCE, I realized early on that my passion wasn't about being the voice on stage, but about building the platform that allows those voices to be heard. Just like the ideas we share, successful production is about the art of subtraction, stripping away the technical friction, the logistical noise, and the backstage chaos so that a pure, transformative concept can take center stage. For me, managing cues, lighting, and stage design isn't just a technical role, it is the process of turning a vision into an immersive experience. My TED story is about the behind-the-scenes execution, the late-night coordination, and the relentless drive to build an flawless, impactful platform where our community's most powerful ideas can truly come to life.

When you run production for a major event like TEDxMVJCE, everyone sees the seamless final product, the perfect lighting, the crisp audio, and the flawless transitions. What they don't see are the sudden technical glitches, the last-minute schedule shifts, and the high-stress pressure cooking backstage. My hidden skill isn't just fixing the tech; it is my ability to absorb that intense panic, think clearly under fire, and keep the entire crew grounded. I am exceptionally good at turning potential disasters into invisible, micro-adjustments so that neither the speakers nor the audience ever realize anything went wrong.
