I'm passionate about

1. The inner work of leadership. I believe leadership is an inside-out job. I’m passionate about helping leaders understand who they are— their values, vision, strengths, and inner truths—because that alignment fuels authentic, courageous leadership. 2. Leading with clarity, coherence, and authenticity. After 25+ years working with Fortune 500 organizations and founder-led companies, I’ve seen that the most effective leaders are those who bring their whole, aligned selves into every room. I care deeply about guiding leaders to show up with integrity, confidence and purpose. 3. Love as a powerful leadership principle. I’m passionate about redefining leadership through love—expressed as empathy, kindness, respect, compassion, and a genuine desire to elevate others. To me, love is a strategic advantage that unlocks trust, safety, and high performance. 4. Creating environments where people flourish. I’m committed to helping organizations build cultures where people feel seen, safe, supported, and inspired. I believe thriving people create thriving businesses. 5. Helping leaders align people and purpose. I care about helping leaders and teams connect their work to a meaningful vision and shared values. When alignment exists—internally and organizationally—results accelerate and culture strengthens. 6. Developing leaders who elevate both people and performance. I’m passionate about equipping leaders with the mindset and tools to grow their people, deliver on their brand promise, and achieve exceptional results. I love seeing leaders transform from the inside out and create ripple effects throughout their organizations.

An idea worth spreading

Leadership is an inside-out job. Real impact begins with knowing yourself—your values, your vision, the inner truths that anchor you. When you’re aligned on the inside, you show up with clarity, courage, and coherence on the outside. Inside-out leadership means carrying your authentic self into every room, every conversation, every decision. And at its heart is love: love expressed as empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to elevate others. When we lead with love—and from alignment—we create cultures where people feel seen, safe, and inspired to do their best work and businesses that thrive.

The TED story

I was invited to join the TEDx team as a speaker coach, and I accepted with a full-hearted yes. The opportunity resonated deeply with my belief that powerful leadership—and powerful speaking—begins on the inside. Coaching speakers allows me to witness people at their most vulnerable and most courageous as they shape the ideas that matter most to them. Guiding them to find their voice, align with their truth, and step onto the stage with love, clarity, and conviction feels like sacred work. Helping others bring their ideas worth spreading into the world is one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.

Things you might not know

1. Seeing the potential in people long before they see it in themselves. I have a quiet talent for spotting strengths, gifts, and leadership capacity that others often overlook—and helping people grow into it. 2. Translating “heart” into strategy. I’m not only values-minded; I’m skilled at turning purpose, culture, and human insight into concrete, strategic business outcomes. 3. Reading the room—fast. I can quickly sense energy, dynamics, and what’s not being said, and use that awareness to guide conversations and decisions thoughtfully. 4. Making complexity simple. I’m able to take tangled organizational or leadership challenges and distill them into clear, actionable next steps. 5. Helping leaders access their courage. I do this not by pushing them, but by grounding them—helping them reconnect with their values, clarity, and inner confidence. 6. Bringing calm to chaos. In high-pressure or emotionally charged moments, I stay centered and help others feel steady and anchored too.
