Bio
I am a Honduran entrepreneur, marketing strategist, event producer, and business leader with more than 25 years of professional experience. I am the CEO of DYNG Agency, and throughout my career I have led projects across marketing, advertising, events, tourism, recreation, and business development.
Throughout my career, I have combined entrepreneurship with a strong commitment to creating experiences that connect people, ideas, and opportunities. I have been involved in the production of large-scale events, strategic brand initiatives, tourism projects, and social-impact efforts, while also serving on nonprofit boards and mentoring emerging leaders.
As Partner Producer and Co-Organizer of TEDx San Pedro Sula 2026, I am helping create a platform where ideas, stories, and perspectives can come together to inspire people to question what is possible and imagine new ways of building the future.
My work is driven by a simple belief: meaningful change begins when we are willing to imagine something different—and then have the courage to make it happen.
I'm passionate about
I’m passionate about ideas that turn into action, entrepreneurship, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing people together around a shared purpose. I’m passionate about helping people see possibilities where others see limitations, creating opportunities for others to grow, and building projects that leave something valuable behind.
I’m especially passionate about Honduras and its potential—its people, its creativity, its culture, its tourism, and the possibility of building a future where more Hondurans can dream bigger and turn those dreams into reality.
An idea worth spreading
The future is not something we simply wait for—it is something we participate in creating.
We often inherit ideas about who we should be, what is possible, how success should look, and what our future is supposed to become. But many of those ideas were written by circumstances, expectations, or other people’s limitations.
I believe we have the power to question them, rewrite them, and create new possibilities.
Rewriting the future does not necessarily mean making one dramatic change. Sometimes it begins with a question, a decision, a new perspective, or the courage to take the first step toward something we cannot yet see clearly.
When we dare to rethink what is possible, we create new paths—not only for ourselves, but for the people and communities around us.
The future changes when we stop seeing it as predetermined and start seeing it as something we can help create.

The TED story
My TED story began with a desire to bring the TEDx experience to San Pedro Sula in a way that could create a real connection between ideas, people, and our city.
As Partner Producer and Co-Organizer of TEDx San Pedro Sula 2026, I have had the opportunity to work behind the scenes to bring together speakers, partners, brands, production teams, and hundreds of people around one shared purpose: creating a space where ideas can challenge us, inspire us, and make us think differently about the future.
For me, TEDx is not only about what happens on stage. It is about what happens when an idea leaves the stage and enters someone’s life.
Being part of TEDx has reminded me that great events are ultimately about people. They are about creating moments of connection, opening conversations, giving people a platform, and making ideas accessible beyond the room where they were first shared.
TEDx San Pedro Sula 2026, Reescribiendo el futuro, became an opportunity to build something I believe in deeply: a platform for ideas that can inspire people to question, imagine, create, and take action.
My TED story is still being written—and I hope it continues to be written through the ideas, conversations, and people we bring together.
Things you might not know
People don’t know that I’m really good at turning ideas into experiences. I can take a simple concept, visualize what it could become, connect the right people around it, and turn it into something tangible that people can actually experience.
I naturally think in terms of connections: people, brands, spaces, ideas, opportunities, and unexpected collaborations. I enjoy putting seemingly unrelated pieces together and finding a way to make them work.
I’m good at creating experiences that people remember—not only because of how they look, but because of how they make people feel.
And perhaps what people know less about me is that I’m very good at dreaming. I can spend hours imagining a project, a space, a business, an event, or even a future that doesn’t exist yet—and then I genuinely enjoy figuring out how to make it real.
I think one of my greatest strengths is being able to see something before it exists, believe in it, and then build the path to make it happen.
