I am passionate about building things that bring people together whether it’s events, ideas, or opportunities. I enjoy being part of the process where something starts as just a concept and turns into something real that impacts others. A big part of that for me is working in operations, planning, and coordination. I like solving problems, managing details, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It gives me a sense of purpose when I know my work is helping create a better experience for others. I’m also passionate about learning and growing in the field of business and finance. I want to develop skills that not only help me professionally but also allow me to create value, lead teams, and contribute to meaningful projects in the future. At the end of the day, I am driven by the idea of creating opportunities not just for myself, but for the people around me.

What if the biggest thing holding us back isn’t lack of opportunity. but the belief that opportunity is something we have to wait for? Growing up, many of us are taught to wait for the right moment, the right connection, the right platform. We think success belongs to those who are given a chance. But what I have realized is, some of the most meaningful opportunities are not found they are created. It starts small. A simple idea. A group of people. A willingness to take initiative. And suddenly, what didn’t exist before becomes real an event, a platform, a community. When you stop waiting and start building, something shifts. You move from being a participant in life to becoming a creator of it. And even more importantly, you don’t just create opportunities for yourself, you create them for others. So maybe the idea worth spreading is this: Opportunity isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build.

If I look back at my journey, it didn’t start with a big vision or a perfect plan. It started with saying “yes” to small responsibilities. As a student, I was never the one on stage, I was the one making sure the stage was ready. From managing logistics to handling budgets and coordinating teams, I found myself working behind the scenes in events. At first, it felt like I was just helping out. But over time, I realized I was actually building something bigger skills, confidence, and the ability to turn ideas into reality. Working on events like national competitions and large-scale university programs taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and lead without always being in the spotlight. Whether it was managing operations for an event, handling finances, or building partnerships, every experience shaped how I think and work today. One thing that changed my perspective was understanding that impact doesn’t always come from being visible. Sometimes, it comes from making sure everything works when it matters the most. Today, as I continue my journey in business and finance, I carry that mindset with me to create, to contribute, and to build opportunities not just for myself, but for others as well. This is still the beginning of my story, and I’m excited to see where it leads next.

People don’t always notice that I am good at handling pressure and managing things behind the scenes. I’m usually focused on making sure everything runs smoothly, so my work isn’t always visible but it makes a big difference. I’m also good at organizing chaos whether it’s managing multiple tasks, coordinating with different people, or fixing last-minute issues during events. I stay calm, think quickly, and figure things out without making it obvious. Another thing people don’t really know is that I’m quite detail-oriented. I pay attention to small things, especially when it comes to planning, data, or finances, because I know those details can affect the bigger outcome. It’s not something I talk about much, but it’s something I consistently bring into everything I do.
