I am a member of the Senate of Gdańsk University of Technology and actively participate in the university's strategic development. I serve on the Rector's Citizens' Budget Committee, the Innovation Committee, and the Committee for the Implementation of the Equality and Diversity Plan for 2025–2028 (term 2024–2028). In these roles, I support decision-making processes related to innovation and the development of the university community. I also serve as Administrative Director of the Faculty of Management and Economics, where I lead a team of over 40 people. In this position, I am responsible for coordinating the faculty's operational, organizational, and administrative processes. My goal is to create conditions that enable effective work, high-quality teaching, and the smooth operation of the faculty in its daily operations. As an Innovation Broker, I help connect researchers, students, business partners, and public institutions, supporting collaboration and initiatives that translate promising ideas into practical solutions. I am also a member of the Faculty Council, where I participate in curriculum development and staff development activities. I am involved in international academic development as a project manager in NAWA-funded initiatives, including Welcome to Poland and Inspire Edu NAWA Strategic Partnerships. These projects allow me to work on strengthening the university’s global presence, building partnerships, and creating opportunities for international collaboration and exchange. I also support the faculty’s international accreditation processes, including activities related to AMBA, AACSB, and other quality frameworks, helping align our operations and strategic initiatives with global standards in management education. Others often describe me as open-minded and genuinely enthusiastic about working with people. I combine technical knowledge, managerial acumen, and a passion for innovation, creating an environment where new ideas are welcomed and supported. My professional interests include modern leadership, communication, and team development. I hold degrees in economics and management, as well as an MBA, which together shape my approach to leadership and organizational development. I have also completed a number of professional training courses in leadership, communication, diversity management, and innovation processes, which support my role in team management.

The people who create the biggest impact are often the ones you’ll never see on stage. They don’t stand in the spotlight, they don’t chase applause but without them, nothing truly works. They are the quiet problem-solvers, the steady hands in moments of chaos, the colleagues who hold teams together and make progress possible. Real change doesn’t always come from the loudest voices.

My TED story is about curiosity the kind that makes you look at a system and ask not “How does it work?” but “Who makes it work?” In my career, I discovered that the true heartbeat of any institution comes from people whose work is rarely visible. I’ve spent years learning from them, supporting them, and trying to build environments where their contribution is finally seen. This talk is for them and because of them.
