Having previously worked in the field of Communications for Social Work, I am an experienced storyteller, Research consultant & a weaver of words & ideas. This is exactly what I bring to the table as an Educator as well- the veracity of words, the power of imagination and developing the curiosity to learn in children! As a certified Educator by the International Baccalaureate (IB), I strive to revive & build on the power that learning communities & library spaces hold! Currently, in my role as a Teacher Librarian for International Curriculum at the Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon- I teach Academic Writing, Research, Storytelling & Academic Integrity. While managing the functioning of the school's IB Library, I also host author events, organise workshops, contribute to teacher training & participate in the school's Book Club as well. My motive is to continue implementing pedagogies & techniques to scratch the surface-level imagination, curiosity and creativity of students and grow them into responsible learners!
