Bio
I am a business student and a distance runner. More than anything, I love learning new things, whether that's exploring web design, diving into business world and investing, or working on ReGrow, a sustainable packaging startup I co-founded. I enjoy building projects from scratch and figuring out how things work. On campus, I was involved as an organizer for our past TEDxAlfredUniversity event and plan to continue leading and helping shape it moving forward.
I'm passionate about
Things that are deeply human. For me, that means the grit of long-distance running, diving into a book, having coffee with my family or friends, and just talking and connecting with people from different cultures. I love bringing that same human energy into my work. At the end of the day, leadership and business are all about real and honest human connections.
An idea worth spreading
"Nothing is impossible" isn't a generic phrase for me. It’s a mindset I learned from my family and something my whole story is built on. Growing up, I saw firsthand that the most intimidating barriers are usually just things we haven't tried to push through yet. When you truly believe that no goal is out of reach, massive challenges stop looking scary and just become the next milestone you get to hit through daily discipline.

The TED story
My TED journey actually started back home in Ukraine, when I stood in a studio in Kyiv and gave a TED-Ed talk about why we all need failure. That moment completely changed how I look at mistakes and growth. Fast forward to November 2025, I got to take that mindset all the way to Atlanta for the global TEDNext conference. After actively contributing to the organization on campus, things are now coming full circle as I work with TEDxAlfredUniversity to help our community share their own stories.
Things you might not know
Connecting with people and navigating across different cultures and languages. Speaking five languages helps me easily find common ground with almost anyone and see things from unique angles. I'm probably good at supporting others, bringing people together, and stepping up to lead and negotiate when a team needs direction.
