We were already experiencing the words "Rise of Change" before they appeared on stage. A team full of passion put months' worth of work, preparation, and dreams into this adventure. Everything was prepared for the lights to shine, hopes had been ignited, and ideas had taken shape. Then all of a sudden, war arrived and presented us with huge challenges. challenges of persistence, hope, and time. The team was the only thing that kept our journey alive in the midst of this darkness; they stood together rather than give up, fostered hope rather than despair, and repeatedly rebuilt. The real spirit of Rise of Change was this unity, this tireless commitment in the face of tragedy. And we understood that our effort had evolved beyond an event when the speakers eventually took the stage. In the midst of dark times, we discovered optimism. We learned a new definition of change with every ascent. Change doesn't always start with a big show; sometimes it starts with perseverance, endurance, and internal patience. There, in the midst of perseverance and anticipation, we realized that sometimes patience is the greatest kind of movement rather than silence.
