Caroline Raffi has extensive experience in business development, activating, and launching strategic business plans. Particular expertise in working collaboratively with executive leadership to design and lead strategic planning including root cause analysis. Caroline helps organizations grow productivity, expand the talent pool and increase retention by implementing data-driven strategies that optimize performance and create environments where people thrive. She holds an Executive MBA from UCI. Caroline is a first-generation immigrant from Iran. Because of her background and lived experiences, she initiated the Women in Leadership Program, driven by her passion for supporting and empowering professional women and minority groups in their career progression. The Women in Leadership Program empowers talented women to close the gender gap and reach their leadership potential by providing access to exceptional university degrees around the world.
