I’m Fatima Mughal, an educator, artist, and passionate learner who loves exploring creativity, communication, and meaningful ideas. I have a background in education and a strong interest in art, public speaking, and community engagement. I’m passionate about the idea that every person has a story, a skill, or an idea worth spreading. I enjoy connecting with people, learning from new experiences, and continuously stepping outside my comfort zone to become a more confident and independent version of myself.

An idea worth spreading
I believe that you don’t have to be the most confident person in the room to have an idea worth sharing. Sometimes, the people who are still finding their voice have the most meaningful stories to tell. We should create spaces where everyone feels encouraged to speak, create, learn, and believe in their own potential.

The TED story
My TED journey began when I had the opportunity to be part of TEDxLyari as a team member. It was an experience that helped me step out of my comfort zone, meet inspiring people, and understand the power of ideas and storytelling. Since then, my interest in TEDx has grown, and I’ve continued exploring opportunities to contribute to TEDx communities. Being part of these platforms has helped me build my confidence, communication skills, and passion for creating meaningful experiences.
Things you might not know
Something people may not know about me is that I’m good at turning simple ideas into something creative and meaningful. Whether it’s through art, event work, storytelling, or connecting with people, I enjoy bringing creativity into everything I do. I may be quiet or nervous at first, but once I believe in something, I put my heart into it.
