Hi my name is Natalia, I am 16 years old, and I have dedicated most of my life to elite sport. Through years of training, I have learned discipline, perseverance, and the value of hard work. I am passionate about creating positive change, and when the opportunity to be part of the TEDx community appeared, I knew it was exactly where I wanted to be. I am extremely excited and grateful to contribute to an environment that inspires ideas, growth, and impact.

I am passionate about sports, it has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and it has shaped me into the person I am today. I also love medicine, understanding how things work and the reason behind them fascinates me. Lastly, I love writing, because it allows me to put words to my thoughts, which are often blurry. Writing is my way of understanding myself and others.

Since I was little, I’ve always been very curious. Whenever I opened YouTube, I would somehow end up watching thousands of TED talks about every possible topic. From the moment I heard about this opportunity, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Being involved in this event is a privilege, not only because it continues my school’s legacy, but because it allows me to be part of the very thing that fascinated me as a child, and to help others feel inspired by the speeches of our speakers.
