Hello! I’m Can, an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Gelişim University, specializing in Business Management, Organizational Culture, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence. My academic journey began at Karadeniz Technical University and was enriched by a year at Halmstad University, Sweden. I’m passionate about exploring how businesses can achieve sustainable success in a rapidly evolving technological landscape and guiding students, colleagues, and industry professionals in this pursuit. I firmly believe that organizational culture is key to successful digital transformation. My research and publications focus on how artificial intelligence reshapes business processes and the critical role cultural adaptation plays in this shift. Through conference presentations and articles, I aim to provide practical solutions for integrating theory into practice, creating value for organizations and individuals alike. Teaching inspires me to spark curiosity in my students, while collaborating with industry leaders and academics fuels my drive for innovation. My time at Halmstad University broadened my global perspective and strengthened my international network.
