As Activities Manager, I oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all student activities and major school events, including TEDx UAS Kuwait Youth, International Night, and sports tournaments. My role involves collaborating with multiple departments, managing event logistics, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering student engagement through creative programs and community partnerships. I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences that inspire participation, leadership, and school spirit.

I believe that real change starts with the way we connect. Every activity, event, or gathering has the power to reset how people see each other — from students to staff, from ideas to action. Through organizing and creating experiences that bring people together, I’ve learned that structure isn’t just about planning — it’s about giving energy a purpose. When we create spaces where everyone feels they belong, creativity flows naturally.

I have learned that events aren’t just about lights, stages, and schedules — they’re about people. Every small decision — where to place a chair, how to welcome a guest, how to solve a last-minute crisis — teaches me something about connection and collaboration. I realized that when people feel seen and valued, even the most ordinary activity becomes extraordinary.
