An idea worth spreading
True growth comes from symbiotic connection rather than isolated competition. In an era of rapid AI digital transformation, young people often face confusion over self-positioning amid conflicting evaluation standards from education, business and society. I advocate that individuals, industries and cultures can co-create value through mutual support and dialogue—whether between emerging entrepreneurs and traditional enterprises, overseas returnees and local youth, or human creativity and artificial intelligence. Small-scale localized sharing platforms like TEDxYouth enable ordinary people to break information barriers and realize win-win progress together.
Areas of expertise
AI Business Application, Commercial Sponsorship Development, Cross-cultural Communication, Event Curation, Financial Budget Management, Marketing Strategy, Media Promotion, Nonprofit Operation, Youth Community Management
The TED story
I have long been inspired by TED’s mission of "ideas worth spreading", and resolved to introduce standardized TEDx events to my hometown Shenyang, a city with rich youth creative potential lacking regular independent idea-sharing platforms. Over months of full-cycle preparation, I founded TEDxShenShuiWan Youth, completing full work including speaker recruitment and manuscript compliance revision, cash sponsorship acquisition, ticketing operation, volunteer recruitment & training, and on-site conference execution. While resolving practical challenges such as brand promotion conflicts and schedule coordination with cross-city KOL speakers, I built a complete local youth sharing ecosystem. This journey deepened my understanding that TEDx is not only a stage for speakers, but a community builder that lets every young voice be heard.
