During her 30-year career at OTE Group (Deutsche Telekom Group), Greece’s leading telecommunications provider, Katerina played a pivotal role in defining the company’s sustainability and environmental strategy. She led major initiatives on environmental protection, climate change mitigation, circular economy, and recycling—embedding sustainability into core operations and advancing alignment with international ESG standards. Her deep knowledge of the telecommunications sector, civil society, and digital transformation, combined with strong leadership and communication skills, have established her as a trusted advisor and spokesperson at the highest levels of influence. She has held key positions, including Public Relations and Sponsorship Manager, Corporate Responsibility Manager, and Environmental Management Manager. Beyond her corporate journey, Katerina has been a leading voice in the advisory field. As General Manager of Global Sustain, she guided ESG, sustainability, and reporting services for multinational and local organizations.
